Returns and Refunds

We are committed to selling quality products however it is understood that for one reason or another you might want to exchange or return a product you have purchased from  Sewell at

Before ordering check that you are purchasing the right product and once ordered please make sure that you check items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

If you have purchased products incorrectly and so long as you return them to Sewell, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt you’ll be given a credit or a refund for the cost of the products, less our postage costs.

Within the first 6 months of purchase, batteries must be tested at a local garage or  sent back to us for testing. Within this time we will require you to provide us with proof of purchase for the battery.

After 6 months the battery must be tested at a local garage. The battery must be tested over 12V, The voltage the battery is at when tested must be stated on the fault report. You will need to provide us with a copy of your original incoice and a copy of the fault report for the battery. No warranty claim over 6 months can be honoured without these particulars.

In the unlikely event that you should experience problems with your item please contact us immediately. We will organise a replacement on confirmation of a faulty battery. No refunds can be issued under the warranty.
